Step 1: Design

Once you choose a lot and a floor plan you love, you’ll meet with our design team. We’ll help you decide what accents will make the home perfect for you, from cabinets to hardware, paint, tile colors, and so much more!

Material selections can be done at our very own Design Center! Our Design Center was built in the Fall of 2019 and was built to serve as a convenient meeting space for prospective and current clients. Throughout the Design Center, clients can find various material displays, including cabinetry, doors, flooring, faucets, and more to choose from. Step 2: Build

Now onto building! Sit back and relax while our craftsmen get the job done. Throughout the project, you can check your client dashboard in your online client portal, BuilderTrend, to see what is going on during the building process so you are in the loop the whole time. You’ll love seeing frequent progress photos from the job site! 

Step 3: Move-In

Home orientation time! We will go over closing details and do final checks of the home. It is now time to sign the papers and grab those keys! But not to worry-after your move-in date, our work won’t stop. We will check in on you to make sure everything is working properly and up to your standards!

We know that not everyone has the time or wants to wait for a new construction home to be built. To make things easier on our clients, we also offer move-in-ready spec homes. These homes will save you some time and energy! Our move-in-ready homes are built with the same detail and care that our new construction homes are, and you will have several listings and floor plans to choose from to pick the right one for you. Once you pick it, you move in! It’s as simple as that.
