Hearthside Homes Opens New Design Center In Liberty, MO!
It’s official! Hearthside Homes has opened a new Design Center in Liberty, MO! We are beyond thrilled to announce that our showroom and office space is open and ready for business!
For a while now, we knew we wanted to create a space that would simplify the home building process for our customers! Our goal with this Design Center is to provide a comfortable meeting space for our clients that allows them to visualize their future home! On display you’ll find material selections that range from cabinetry to doors, floor samples, faucets and more!
Not only is this space a great resource for our customers, it’s also a great environment for our team! Behind the scenes, you’ll find collaboration rooms, offices, a staff kitchen and a warehouse. We’re overjoyed to see where this journey takes us! Hearthside Homes has been in the home building business since 1987. Our mission is to build quality, beautiful and long-lasting homes. We hope to continue to serve Kansas City and the surrounding areas for many years to come!
In this blog we’ll highlight some of the features that you can expect to find at our Design Center. However, we highly encourage you to stop by and see for yourself! We’re located at 1915 Industrial Dr (Suite #300), Liberty, MO 64068. We think you’re going to love it! Here are some of the features you can expect to see at your visit:
An Incredible Kitchen & Large Island
Upon entering the space, you’ll be greeted by a beautiful white kitchen & island. You’ll quickly notice the marble countertop and hexagon shaped backsplash. In recent years, we’ve noticed an increase in the modern farmhouse style. By incorporating new materials and modern colors, with traditional features such as farmhouse sinks and wooden elements, we’re able to appeal to both contemporary and classic styles.
A Trendy Bathroom With Modern Features
On the show floor, visitors will also notice a model bathroom completed with a sink, shower and soaking tub! The white cabinetry has trendy black hardware, while the backsplash is created with a traditional white subway tile in a herringbone pattern. The marble countertop is highlighted with wooden floating shelves and a gold light fixture!
Floating bathtubs are trending in modern homes! Not only are they beautiful, the unique shape hugs the curvature of your back making bathtime much more enjoyable and relaxing! The shower space at our Design Center models some of our faucet options, along with a beautiful navy accent title. Across the room, you’ll find various tile options so you can customize your own bathroom to your liking!
Cabinetry Colors & Granite Options
In our partnership with Miller’s Custom Cabinets, we were able to create a wall of our most popular cabinetry cuts and finishes! It’s so convenient for customers to be able to see options mounted on a wall, side by side. Beneath the cabinetry, you’ll find a selection of countertop samples. Customers can browse through their countertop preferences and hold them up to different cabinet colors to determine what look is right for them! Tile, Hardwood & More!
We understand that choosing from different flooring options can be a bit overwhelming. After all, this is a big decision! Paint colors can easily be swapped out over the years, but changing your flooring is something you want to avoid! To hopefully save clients this hassel down the road, our showroom display is composed of beautiful flooring options that are durable and long lasting! One of our design members will happily help you determine what style matches your current aesthetic preference, and what will look good decades from now!
As always, our clients still have the option to meet with our friends over at SRS Designs. They have seemingly endless material selection options to choose from! Although they’re an awesome resource, the experience can be a little mind-boggling for some homeowners. Not to mention, it’s easy to spot an item that is well outside your budget! At our Design Center, we’ve tried our best to narrow down selections to those that are popular and will meet most homeowners desires. Hardware & Finishes
Doors, hardware, shower heads, railing options and more! Seriously! You can walk in to our Design Center and pick out just about everything for your new home. Faucets and hardware come in all sorts of colors and designs.Whether you prefer silver, chrome, bronze, black or gold, we’ve got something for you! Upstairs in the loft area, you’ll find some door and railing options. In this area, you can also look out and oversee the entire showroom. Pretty cool, huh?
Collaboration Table
The Design Center wouldn’t be complete without a collaboration table! In the center of the room, we’ve constructed a counter height table with seating for five. We understand that each step in the home building process is a big commitment. Each time you walk out of a meeting, we hope that you feel confident with the plans that are underway! Whether you’re picking material selections, attending a pre-construction meeting or just stopping by, we want you to leave our Design Center feeling excited and assured!

Office Space
In the rest of the building you’ll find office space, a conference room, a staff kitchen and a warehouse! Groundwork Mortgage has also set up shop in one of our offices. Buyers can walk into our Design Center, pick a floorplan, material selections and get approved for a mortgage all in the same space! How awesome is that?
Over the years we have been fortunate enough to expand our team and grow. At our previous office, we were spilling out of a dark conference room.
