Step 1: Design
To begin, choose a community and floor plan you love. Then, our skilled designers will help you decide what finished align with your style. This can be done at our very own Design Center, where you can select cabinetry, flooring, paint, and more! Check out our blog post highlighting the Design Center’s opening. Our Design Center is located at 1915 Industrial Dr #300, Liberty, MO 64068.
Step 2: Build
Throughout the entirety of the building, you can check your client dashboard in your online client portal, Buildertrend. Here you can follow along every step of the way to check in on what is happening and how the progress is going. You’ll love getting frequent scheduling updates and progress photos!
Step 3: Move-In
Ta-da! We will go over closing details and do a final walk of the home to make sure all your questions are answered. All you will need to do is sign the closing paper, head to the title company and grab the keys!
