Have a big family? This floor plan comes with 4 spacious rooms for you and your kids. Like all 2 story floor plans, the bedrooms are located upstairs! The laundry room is also conveniently placed upstairs so homeowners won’t have to worry about carrying laundry up and down the stairs.
The large master bedroom comes with crown molding and a phenomenal master bathroom. The master bathroom is arguably one of the best aspects of the Sycamore floor plan. The bathtub is actually located inside the walk-in shower! The shower also has floor and wall tile as well as a bench for your comfort. 2.5 Bathrooms
The Sycamore floor plan has 2 and a half baths, so no one will need to wait their turn to use the facilities. You can find a bathroom in the master, another upstairs, and a powder room downstairs.
