They Cancelled Their Other Contract
As an engaged couple, Viktoriya and Minh were so excited to kick off the next chapter of their lives by buying their first home. Initially, they attempted to buy from another home builder but ended up canceling their contract due to an endless list of communication issues. After countless problems and unexpected pricing increases from their initial builder, they made the tough decision to not move forward with the purchase. Viktoriya says, “My favorite part is the backyard. We fenced it in immediately because of our baby doggy. And we have the covered deck with the patio and that has been the show-stopper. We barbeque any chance we get and just play outside all day long.”
Another feature the couple is loving is their laundry room configuration, which connects directly to the master closet.
Viktoriya adds, “I really like that the laundry room ties into the closet. That is the most convenient thing ever. And then, I like that our master bedroom is all on one level. And then eventually, kids will be upstairs.”
Minh comments, “It’s a huge difference having your laundry room connected to your closet. It takes two steps to get everything done.”
