The Brooklyn Floor Plan
One of our most affordable 2-story floor plans in Kansas City is our Brooklyn design. This layout comes standard with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. The efficient floor plan includes 2,010 finished square footage. Some great features include an open-concept kitchen and living room, main-floor office space, and a covered outdoor living area. The Dogwood Floor Plan
