The Layout Is Superb
The open layout of the Winchester floor plan comes standard with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, offering ample space. On the main level, you’ll find a foyer, formal dining room or entertainment area, living room, and kitchen – but that’s not all! There’s also a breakfast nook, powder bathroom, and drop zone area. A drop zone, or boot bench, is a great clutter-free storage solution that offers easy access to everyday items such as coats, shoes, backpacks, and purses.
