It’s safe to say that 2020 was a shock to us all! Many of us were not prepared to work from home for a long period of time. With this in mind, home building customers are putting home offices at the top of their must-have list! More and more, jobs are transitioning to remote positions. Having a designated space that allows you to focus is likely a trend that is here to stay!
Loft Spaces
Loft spaces are amazing for entertaining! If you have small children, these make incredible playrooms. After all, wouldn’t it be nice to have a designated area for all the toys? Take it a step further and add a cozy sectional and flat-screen to your loft! You kids will love having a place to call their own. For those who don’t need a playroom, loft areas make great entertaining spaces! Many times, we hear that homeowners don’t want to crowd their formal living spaces with oversized furniture and massive flat screens. Contrarily, loft areas are perfect for this type of fun!
