If you are looking to build, Hearthside Homes will offer you a team of designers and construction professionals to guide you throughout the journey. These experts will keep you up-to-date on the complete construction schedule and make sure you are involved in every step.

When you working with Hearthside Homes, you will have 24/7 access to your online client portal, Buildertrend. This resource will provide access to the construction schedule, contract documents, the job photo library, as well as change orders. Step 1: Design

Once you pick a floor plan you love, you’ll get to work with our design team to make material selections. We will look at all of the details and help you decide what accents will make the home perfect for you, from cabinets to tile colors and so much more! This can all be done at our very own Design Center.

Our Design Center was built in the Fall of 2019 and was created to serve as a comfortable meeting space for clients. Throughout the Design Center, clients can find various material displays, including cabinetry, doors, flooring, faucets, and much more! Step 2: Build

Weather depending, the home building process should take about six months from the time we break ground. Throughout the project, you can check your client dashboard in your online client portal, Buildertrend, to see what is going on during the building process so you are in the loop the whole time. Buildertrend allows our customers to see each phase of the construction process from scheduling updates to progress photos! It’s an awesome resource that our clients rave about!

Step 3: Move-In

Home orientation time! We will go over closing details and do final checks. Now sign the closing papers and grab those keys! And do not worry, after your move-in date our work doesn’t stop there! We will check in on you to make sure everything is working properly. We are proud to offer a 1-year warranty on our new construction homes.

We know that not everyone has the time or wants to wait for a new construction home to be built. To make things easier on our clients, we also offer move-in-ready spec homes for our clients to purchase. These homes will save you some time and energy! Our move-in-ready homes are built with the same detail and care that our semi-custom homes are. You have several listings to choose from to pick the right one for your family. Once you pick it, you move in! It’s as easy as that.
