Step 1: Design
Once you pick a floor plan and sign a contract, you’ll work with our design team to make all the aesthetic choices for your new home. This can all be done at our very own Design Center. You’ll have so much fun making material selections such as paint, flooring, cabinetry, hardware, and more! Step 2: Build
Weather depending, the home building process can take as little as six short months. Throughout the project, you can check your client dashboard in your online client portal, Buildertrend, to see what is going on during the building process so you are in the loop the whole time. Buildertrend allows our customers to see each phase of the construction process from scheduling updates to progress photos!
Step 3: Move-In
Home orientation time! We’ll go over closing details and do final checks. Then it’s time to sign the papers and grab those keys! Hearthside Homes is proud to offer a 1-year warranty on our new homes. As a new construction home settles, there may be a few minor repairs that need to be addressed. Luckily, when you purchase a Hearthside Home, you can rest easy knowing we have your back!
