Spacious Great Room With Plenty of Natural Light!
As we get started on this house tour, we’ll begin with the great room. Like many of our other floorplans, the Dogwood is no different in that it features an open concept on the first floor. The foyer, great room and kitchen area all blend together to create seamless transitions.
In addition, you’ll notice this house has hardwood flooring on the first floor, as well as an abundance of natural light shining through! The fireplace serves as the focal point of the great room and has the necessary connections in place to mount a TV right above. Tough to beat that set-up for watching some Chiefs football on a Sunday afternoon!
A Kitchen Built to Impress
Is a home truly complete without an AWESOME kitchen?! As homebuilders, we would have to agree with the old saying, “The kitchen is the heart of the home!” With quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and subway tiles for the backsplash, it’s hard not to like this kitchen! Staley is 13th best in the state of Missouri and 2nd in Kansas City, Missouri area.”
