We understand building a home can be a daunting process. You want to make sure the price point is right, the quality meets your expectations, and the entire process doesn’t take forever! With Hearthside Homes, you’ll have a team of passionate designers and construction professionals to lead the way. We place an emphasis on including you in on the entire project, by keeping you up-to-date on the complete schedule!

Building a home is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Step #1: Design

Give our team a call at (816) 781-0234 to get the process started. Once you’re signed on, we’ll look at everything from the front door to the tile color! However, you don’t need to decide everything right away!



Step #2: Build

The home construction process takes roughly 6 months, weather depending. We’ll keep you in the loop through the entire project, letting you know what is happening. Your production dashboard will display everything!



step #3: Move-In

We’ll meet with you for your new home orientation, go over the closing details, and do a final check to ensure everything is move-in ready! After that, you can head to your title company to sign the closing papers and get your keys!
