Before we dive into the blog post, welcome to Hearthside Homes! For those of you who are stumbling across our website for the first time, it’s nice to “meet” you! We’ve been in the home building business since 1987. Since then, we’ve helped thousands of Northland families in the Kansas City area build their dream homes! About The Prairie Field Community
Prairie Field is one of the newest communities near Liberty, Missouri. This neighborhood offers “a perfect blend of rural simplicity and convenience, with access to all the important amenities.” Construction began in the Spring of 2020. Single family homes are expected to average from $400,000 to $700,000. Large lots accommodate every floor plan from Ranch to 2-Story and allow for large backyards and space for a third-car garage.
